Official Petition for Idaho GOP to Protect Our 1st Amendment Right to Free Association

This is the official petition calling on J. Kirk Sullivan and the executive committee of the Idaho Republican Party to officially join our lawsuit to protect our constitutional rights of association.  Specifically, it only allows registered Republicans to vote in a Republican Primary and therefore participate in the selection of Republican candidates.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Print the petition and be sure and staple the signature page to the official petition.  You should also sign the petition yourself and get as many others as you can to sign it as well.  Return the signed petitions as per the instruction on the petition.

Print as many petitions as you need.  Also, network and have your fellow Republican friends collect and return as many petitions as possible.  They can come to this blog and get their petitions.

DEADLINE:

While we don’t have a specific deadline, we need to accomplish this goal by the end of August.  Please send in the petitions as you collect signatures; then keep collecting more and sending them in.

This petition will close the door on further challenges to our lawsuit.  It is that critical to our efforts.
